Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-5. Once cured, the formers were removed and excess Belzona was trimmed away to leave the accurately formed seal faces.

Belzona Facts:

Forming technology provides fast recovery of defects with very good smoothness. Unlike machining methods, it does not require disassembly and removal of the block to a mechanical workshop. The cost of repairs using the molding technology is several times less expensive to alternative machining and requires minimal time to return the equipment to operation.
