Application Situation:

The floor lined with rubber lining around a mixer handling Glycol and other additives.



The floor was covered with a rubber lining which was very slippery when Glycol was spilt on it. One worker had broken a foot after slipping on the floor.



Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz)

Belzona 4411 (Granogrip)





Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet FPA-8. After removing rubber sheets and cleaning the concrete, Belzona 4111 was used to level the concrete before applying the Belzona 4411 non-slip system.


Belzona Facts:

After application of Belzona 4411 floor is safe and there have been no more slips. Belzona 4411 provides a chemical resistant surface that makes clean-up of spills easy whilst providing a positve grip surface to prevent slips.
