Problem: The apartment complex recently had concrete replacement on its clubhouse, including the main entry, sidewalks, and curbing. The management was worried that the new concrete would not last unless protected. There were concerns of inclement weather and subsequent ice melts and salts being used, staining from watering the plants and constant pedestrian traffic and deliveries.

Application Method
The concrete was prepared via diamond grinding and vacuuming, followed by the application of Belzona 5231 broadcasted with excess of custom blended color flake. A top coat of Belzona 5233 clear for sealing. A modified FPA-8 system leaflet was followed.

The project was accomplished during a normal shutdown of the office, Sunday, and opened to normal traffic the following morning providing a very attractive, safe, and durable finish to protect the newly replaced concrete.
