Application Situation
Interior of a seawater piping at an oil producing facility. They were one of the first companies to embrace the new technology of Belzona 1331.
Application Method
These 12" sections of pipe were internally lined by brush and roller due to spin-spray equipment not available. Belzona 1331 was installed in four thin coats with the pipe orientation changing four times.
Belzona Facts
Due to the rising cost of quality steel and fabrication lead time, Belzona 1331 was chosen to extend the life of the pipe sections. A longer replacement interval saves the Customer valuable downtime and money.
