Application Situation
Deepwater platform has 17 areas on drain line that need repair. The repair needed to be ASME compliant.
Application Method
Being the lowest drain point on the platform, the work had to be carried out by a rope access crew.
Belzona Facts
Replacing the drain line would require hazardous hot work and a platform-wide shut in. An unplanned shut in would cost the client $3M per day.
