Application Situation

Operating Temperature Min/Norm/Max:20/58/70 , Service /Crude Oil + Water + Sour Gas and specified with Belzona internal lining and nozzle insert.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5 and TCC-16b . Preformed nozzle inserts were created and bonded into small diameter nozzles to ensure continuity of protection.

Using the Belzona internal coating and nozzle inserts solution , the vessel will have a longer service life.
