Problem: Recurring damp was causing damage to the interior and subsequent remedial works. Several solutions had been tried in the past but they had failed to solve the problem. The cause of the damp was not obvious and after seeking professional advice from several sources, the customer was advised that driving rain was the most likely cause.

Belzona Facts

It was found that the previous coating had numerous defects that allowed water to become trapped, causing the damp. The flexibility and microporous properties of Belzona 5151 allow moisture to escape while preventing further ingress. Since applying the Belzona 5151 the client has not had any problems.
