Problem: The drive drum had a 15 mm rubber cover. The surface of the drum was mechanically deformed during transportation with fork lift truck.

Application Situation

Rubber clad conveyor drive drum.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-9.

Belzona Facts

This was the only solution for rebuilding the deformed drum surface. The success of the repair lead to similar applications carried out on two more conveyor belt drums.
