Problem: Salt water had collected on the roof and combined with the heat from beneath had caused rapid corrosion. The roof had holed in numerous places.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflets RPA-7 & TCC-5. Steel plates were bonded on using Belzona® 1111 and then protected with Belzona® 5811.
Belzona Facts
Due to the location of the roof welding was not an option so the only other solution was to remove the roof and either replace it or repair it elsewhere. Either of these methods would have taken too much time and money so the Belzona solution was employed to the satisfaction of the customer.
