Problem: There had been many issues with water ingress for close to a decade and many patch repairs of various types had been undertaken all with very limited success. The building housed many personnel along with IT and building control system servers. There were several areas where HVAC systems where located that created some complex geometry to work around.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets RPA-1 and RPA-8

These issues had been tolerated for long enough and it had become critical that these issues be resolved completely for the long term. The client was looking for a long terms solution that was cost effective and would cause minimal disruption to those working in the building. In close liaison with the university and the occupants of the building the work was undertaken and completed in 4 weeks. The repairs were a complete success and the client delighted with the results
