Problem: The roof is a large expanse with several separate roof areas on different levels. There were numerous leak areas through the existing roofing felt that required repair to prevent permanent damage to the wonderful interior which is still used for numerous events on a regular basis including ball room dancing.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets RPA-1,6,8 & 10

Belzona Facts

This was a very large area with lots of upstands and gutter detail situated in a very aggressive environment right next to the coast with strong winds, sea, salt and sand constantly attacking the building. The client required a products that was capable of dealing with all the complex roof detail and all that the elements could throw at it whilst at the same time proving them with long term value for money. Belzona could tick all these boxes.
