Belzona 1221 (E-Metal)
Belzona 1212 | | | Substrate:Carbon steel | | | Application Method:Application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know How System Leaflet VPF-11. Belzona 9611 and Belzona 1221 were used to succesfully stop the leak within minutes. This was followed by an application of a composite wrap using Belzona 1212 to seal the area. | | | Belzona Facts:Due to the moist conditions and constantly condensing surface a rapid curing, surface tolerant solution was crucial. The Belzona solution avoided a major shutdown of the factory. The Belzona repair allowed to factory to continue production until the next planned shut down. | | | Photographs Description1.
