Belzona Facts:

Alternative repair would be to dry the RBC out over a 3 week period, remove all the media, then call in a machinist to repair the shaft before reinstalling the RBC and media. Very time consuming and expensive. The repair was done using about $150 worth of Belzona in one day. Application was well over two years old when checkled in March, 2008. Four other RBC shafts have been repaired in this plant in the same way since then.
