Belzona® 4311 (Magma CR1) | | | Substrate:Cast iron | | | Application Method:Tooling pockets are rebored and bushings installed. Where the pockets are corroded excessively and bushings cant be shrunk fit they are installed in Belzona® 4301 as per Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-3b. The surface is then repaired with Belzona® 4301 and coated with Belzona® 4311 as per System leaflets TCC-3 & TCC-5. Stainless plates are installed and seated in the wet Belzona® 4311 for permanent protection from future spillage. | | | Belzona Facts:The mobile line boring contractor travels worldwide repairing these bottle fillers.
