The deck area was cleaned and properly prepared. The through-wall holes were repaired with Belzona 1121. Then, Belzona 5821 was applied to provide a wear resistant barrier and Belzona 9211 was incorporated into Belzona 5821 to provide a grip system. The application was finalized using Belzona 5233 to provide UV stability.
Datos de Belzona
Belzona could be safely applied whilst the platform was in operation and eliminated the need for hot work. The deck was completely renovated.
