Problem: The existing coating in the tanks was having some problems with delamination. The owner wanted them to be coated with Belzona. These tanks held water around 198 F. They had no agitation.

Two condenser tanks.

Application Method

The tanks were both blasted using the Sponge Jet method to control dust. Then two coats of Belzona 5892 were applied by hand using a brush and following the Manufacturer's Instructions for Use. The application was done in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet TCC-5.

Belzona Facts

The Customer is well familiar with Belzona and likes to use it on their equipment. They have had good luck with Belzona in the past.
