Problem: Freezer floors have been under 24/7 heavy forklift operation and freezing conditions for more than 40 years. Some areas needed major overhaul. Major concrete damage was found on floors that are indispensable for plant operation. In addition, some localized repairs were needed all over the place. Turnaround time was also an issue with only 3 days to perform repairs.

Application Situation
Freezer floors.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet FPA-1. A slurry mix of Belzona 4154 was used to create a foundation where dirt was the substrate. Belzona 4124 was applied over to minimize the cost of deep pour. Belzona 4111 was used as a top layer because of its unique properties.
