Application Method

1. Carbon steel surface will be prepare by grit blasting with copper slag to give a minimum depth at 75 microns and surface cleanliness Sa 2.5
2. Clean and brush away any loose contaminate then cleaning the surface with Methyl Ethyl Ketone.
3. If found pitting damage area repair with epoxy putty.
4. Apply two coats system of Belzona 5311 Ceramic immersion grade at dry film thickness 400 microns.
