Application Situation
Coating internal surface of multimedia filter tank diameter 2.2 m. high 1.5 m. and activated carbon tank diameter 1.2 m. high 1.5 m.Application Method
1. Carbon steel surface will be prepare by grit blasting with copper slag to give a minimum depth at 75 microns and surface cleanliness by Swedish standard Sa 2.52. Clean and brush away any loose contaminate then cleaning the surface with MEK.
3. Apply first coat with Belzona 5811 immersion grade at dry film thickness 200-250 microns.
4. If find pitting damage area repair with Belzona 1121 Super XL Metal.
5. Apply second coat with of Belzona 5811 immersion grade at dry film thickness 200-250 microns.
