Application Situation
VAT tank leg supports at a distillery.Application Method
The previous paint was removed by saturation blasting to keep the dust levels down on-site. The VAT legs were then coated by hand with Belzona 5811 in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5.Belzona Facts
This system provides a long-term corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing finish.The application was re-visited 1 year later, and found to still be forming with no damage or repairs required.
