Application Situation
A lift station suffered from H2S damage.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with modified versions of TCC-9 and TCC-15. Preparation consisted of pressure washing and blasting the concrete to clear out any loose or H2S damaged concrete. Belzona 4911 (TX Conditioner) was applied.  NOTE:(a small ground water leak had formed during the application of Belzona 4911, Belzona 1212 was used from a supplied Belzona 1212 emergency kit with reinforcement sheet rolled up and pressed into the hole and sealed with more Belzona 1212 over it - this repair stopped the ground water and we continued the application of Belzona 4911). Then, Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed) was applied to the walls.  NOTE:(Belzona 4141 was used if the damaged was greater then 1/4" on the walls and applied to the ceiling of the lift station).  Belzona 5811 was applied as a two-coat system.
