Completed Application

Application Situation
Metallic feet of a pulper resting on concrete blocks.
Application Method
The whole surface that needed to be repaired was high-pressure washed, then a needle gun was used to get rid of the rust and the metallic parts were roughened with a metallic brush. The needle gun and a diamond disk were also used to prepare the concrete and ensure a good mechanical adhesion. Belzona 1111 was then used to bond threaded rods to keep the feet in place and enhance the adhesion of Belzona 4111, in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet GSS-08. Belzona 4911 was then used on the whole surface and a former was placed all around the concrete blocks. Belzona 4111 was poured into the former in several packed layers, and once cured, the former was taken off.
Belzona Facts
