Application Method
In accordance with Belzona System leaflet VPF-11. Belzona 9611 (ES Metal) was used to seal the crack initially. Then, Belzona 1212 was used to seal the crack and strengthen it to stop the leak completely. Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) was applied to wrap the repair incorporating Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement sheet) to reinforce the repair. The application was carried out at night, causing limited disruption to the air conditioning system by reducing the line pressure slightly without causing any discomfort to the Inpatients in the hospital.
