Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How system Leaflets TCC-15 and TCC-08. The outside area was tented out and the new concrete was coated with Belzona 4311. A special mortar mix of Belzona 4151 and AL203 ceramic aggregate was made for the 2 pads for the tractors feet to rest on, yellow tinted Belzona 4151 safety lines were also applied to help the driver park the tractor easily.

Belzona Facts:

Over the years it was found that when the tractor picked up the tanker it would push it 10-20 cm backwards, damaging the  Belzona 4311 coating with it's metal feet. To prevent this 2 wear pads were mixed and applied. 8 years later and the system is still in good condition.
