Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet VPF-01 and VPF-02. The corroded metal structure was blasted back to bare metal using grit blasting and the eroded areas were rebuilt applying Belzona 1814 with spatula. Belzona 1321 was applied with brush to protect against future erosion/corrosion.  
Belzona Facts
The repair cost was near to the replacement cost but with the Belzona 1321 coating, the equipment’s expected service life is up to three times longer.
