Belzona 1593 | | | Substrate:Steel | | | Application Method:This application was carried out in accordance with Belzona system leaflet TCC-05. The tank roof was cleaned and then grit blasted to SA 2.5, achieving a 75 micron profile to provide an excellent level of adhesion to the substrate. Once grit blasted, any pits were filled in with Belzona 1511 before 2 coats of Belzona 1593 were applied to the tank roof. | | | Belzona Facts:The client went with Belzona 1593 because of it's excellent chemical resistance and high temperature immersion limit (160*C) which other competitors couldn't offer.
