Problem: The original design for the separator is to use Incoloy825 composite panels, however, considering the general project cost, the client decided to use Belzona interior coating to replace composite panels.

Application Situation

Four new-build natural gas separators(Size: DN4000 X 30000(T/T)); Operating pressure: 1.1Mpa; Operating temperature: 100 ℃; Media: Acidic natural gas.

Application Method

Application carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5. The erosion area at the bottom of the separator and the brackets are protected with high-temperature erosion-corrosion resistance coating, Belzona 1391T, while other large areas are spray-coated with Belzona 1391S.
