Application Situation
Four DN150 safety valve auxiliary pipelines, designed for transferring oil, gas and water. The operating temperature is up to 150 ℃, with a pressure of 0.3MPa. The initial wall thickness is 4.5mm, and the current regional thickness is 1.8mm. It is necessary to repair and reinforce the pipelines with reinforcing sheets. The length of each repair will be about 2 metres.
Application Method
Application carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11. First, have the pipeline substrate prepared and cleaned to make sure it is clean, dry and rough; Then use Belzona metal repair material to repair the thinned and defected areas to restore the integrity of the substrate. Last, use the release film to wrap and consolidate the repair.
