Problem: Removing & replacing the paving slabs would have been a highly disruptive & costly undertaking. A durable & aesthetically pleasing repair solution was required that could be applied to the slabs whilst they remained in place.

Application Situation
Marshalls paving slabs had been installed on a domestic walkway as step treads. These slabs had started to deteriorate through wear, age & weathering. The slabs had lost their original colour & now had a dull appearance. The slabs were then replaced at the expense of the installer but after a further six years the replacements had also deteriorated. A permenant solution was required.
Application Method
The Belzona 4111 Base was colour matched to the original Marshalls paving slabs using the Grey/Sandstone shades & cement pigments. Belzona 4911 TX Conditioner was applied to the areas followed by the mixed Belzona 4111 Magma Quartz.
Belzona Facts
By using the Belzona solution there was no need for the removal of the existing paving slabs. These slabs could remain in place whilst being protected by a hard wearing & aesthetically pleasing material.
