Application Situation

Customer needed to protect his parts of exchangers (covers, heads…) in cold temperature weather within 24 hours. Coating should be done with Belzona 5892.

Application Method

After blasting and cleaning, the parts of exchangers were coated with Belzona 5892. The application was performed in accordance with Belzona system leaflet TCC-5. Distributor´s own oven was used and the temperature raised so the coating was heated up to minimum 60°C for 1 hour.

Belzona Facts

The customer was very satisfied with the job and the Belzona solution. In 24 hours we were able to blast, clean, coat and post cured coating parts so customer could put it in the process immediately. This saved the customer a huge amount of money.
