Application Situation
The client at a gas power station in Poland needed to isolate the vibration on 3 motor compressors.
Application Method
In accordance with Belzona system leaflet GSS-12: 1. Unscrew the covers engine. 2. Turning the shaft into check the settings shaft (taking measurements when rotating the shaft, the so-called Springing the shaft) 3.Loosening the screws and screwing in spacer bolts, breaking up the old ones shims 4. Cleaning places of performance (pouring out) new washers 5.Preparation and sealing formwork for pouring Belzona 7111 6 Pouring out of Belzona 7111 7. Removal of formwork and tightening the screws with a force of 1100 Nm
