Application Situation

Belzona coating for the new fabricated huge media filters

Application Method

1-Grit blasting the surface to the Swedish standard (SA 2 1/2) to give surface profile not less than 75 microns. 2-All surfaces shall then be degreased using a suitable cleaner-degreaser, which does not have a residue, such as MEK Methyl Ethyl Ketone (Non-residue chemical cleaner). 3-Apply two coating system of Belzona 5821 with dry film thickness 500 microns.
