Problem: Weather deteriorated the original zipper boot causing water penetration inside the panel leading to power failure.

Application Situation

Customer needed weather protection to their zipper boots to keep water out.

Application Method

After removing any loose debris we then cleaned each boot with 9111. We then applied the 1121 to each side of the zipper to create a more uniformed surface area.Once the 1121 cured we then applied a coat of 3121 to the zipper boot. The applying the 9341 wrap at a minimum of thirty-six inches in height. Once the wrap was was competed we then added the final coat of 3121 over the wrap completing the job.
