Problem: A sharp object had caught in the screen section and gouged the almost-new belt down to the reinforcing cord. Having the interior of the belt constantly exposed to the outdoor wet environment would shorten its life. The only other alternative was a costly replacement.

Belzona Facts
The Belzona repair was a fraction of the cost of a new belt. On a visit to this customer some 6-7 years later he said he had recently replaced the belt as it was severely worn by the countless tons of material passed over it. When asked about the Belzona repair he said it had held up well and pointed to a rolled up belt in some weeds. He allowed the removal of a piece of the old belt where it had been repaired with Belzona 2111.(see photo 4) It is now a prized sales aid. The longevity of the repair can be attributed to the excellence of Belzona 2111 and the diligence applied in prep. As you can see in the photos, the repair was begun in the afternoon and completed after the sun had set.
