Problem: The problem was: steel prickles inside which keep the oven insulation are degraded from acids throughout the life. Oven needed the protection against acids in high temperature.

Application Situation
They have used product Belzona 1593 for a vacuum oven in 2017. Because it was good and quick repair (several days) they made decision to use Belzona 1593 also for bigger construction - 675 m2.Application Method
The application was performed in accordance with Belzona system leaflet TCC-5. After blasting and cleaning, the oven was applied with Belzona 1593 in 2 layers. The first coat of Belzona 1593 was applied at 375 microns. After 12 hours the second coat was applied at 375 microns. Complete coating was finished in 2 days.Belzona Facts
