Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FBC-5 and SHM-8.

Belzona Facts

This work for protection takes place routinely in the local cement plant per year. New pipes last one year before being damaged. This is why Belzona is used to protect the new parts of this machine. In this case, due to severe damage to the housing, pipes and cone fittings, new pieces of steel sheets were welded by another specialized company and then the parts were protected internally. Belzona 1111, Belzona 1812 and Belzona 1818 were used. The time given for repair, protection and solidifying of the materials was very short and that is why Belzona 1818 was applied to the last part late in the evening in order to mount the parts faster on the truck and to continue working process.
