Belzona Prevents Slips & Trips By Using A Positive Grip Coating System

Application Situation:

Aluminium checker plate loading ramp.

Problem:

The customer wanted a coating that was both visible and tangible, as the loading ramp can be raised to 1.15m.

Products:

Belzona 4411 (Granogrip).

Substrate:

Aluminium

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with an adapted version of Belzona System Leaflet FPA-08. The surface was initially prepared using appropriate power tools. It was then coated using Belzona 4411, followed by the incorporation of Granogrip prior to being over coated with a second layer of Belzona 4411.

Belzona Facts:

Belzona 4411 not only provided a visually striking coating that would raise visual awareness but thanks to the incorporation of aggregate fillers also provided a physically grippy surface making employees aware of the risk area they are operating within.
