During inspection, localised damage to the rubber linings caused by wear and abrasion was noted

Severely damaged rubber linings. Presence of three cracks after surface preparation.

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets TCC-1 and CEP-3 Cracks were repaired with Belzona 1111 and 9341, then two coats of Belzona 2141 with reinforcement tape belzona 9341 were applied to replace the damaged rubber linings.

Belzona Facts:

The Belzona solution was applied in two days without the need to remove the equipment from site allowing a rapid return to service.
