Problem: The concrete channel was deterioted from the acid. A previously applied protective coating had failed and allowed the concrete substrate to be attacked. This caused severe holes and damage to the channels.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-9.
Belzona Facts
Time constraints due to demands on energy generation meant that Belzona were only allocated a short period of time for the repair work. Keeping to a schedule and force curing the product meant the power station incurred no fines for not being available to generate power when required.
