Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-13.A former was manufactured and with the use of spacers,clamps and release agent, the Belzona® 1111 was formed into perfect flange faces.
Belzona Facts
Time did not allow for replacement baskets to be manufactured. Belzona was the obvious answer to the rebuilding of the corroded areas and the prevention of further bi-metallic corrosion.Inspected in 2007 flanges still performing OK allowing equipment to be re-assembled with no remedial work required.
