Problem: The slope was causing product being transfered from section to section by electric hand truck to be both unstable on the pallets and a safety hazard when travelling down the slope.

Application Situation
The factory has grown over a number of years with each new section at different floor levels.The area in  question had a vey short steep ramp between the creamery and the store area.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. A sponge was used to produce a slightly rough finish for slip reduction.
Belzona Facts
The Factory works non-stop and the safety issue could not wait for a shutdown. The window to work in was very short, 36 hours maximum. Client chose Belzona on grounds of technical support ensuring application completed in tight time frame.  The ramp looks as good as new more that 12 months later.
