Problem: Existing coating had delaminated from tank roofs exposing steelwork underneath. This in turn corroded resulting in holed tank roofs.

Application Situation
Holed storage tank roofs.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets TCC-1 & TCC-5. Belzona® 1121 used to bond plates. Repair then overcoated with Belzona® 5811 to provide corrosion protection.

Customer chose cold repair over welding as tanks contained parrafin and diesel.
