Application Situation
A cost-effective and time-saving solution is required to restore the damaged flange face.
Application Method
1. Apply release agent on the former and allow it to cure
2. Apply Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) on both the flange face and the former that has been coated with Belzona 9411 release agent
3. Install the former on the prepared flange face and use the bolts to tighten the former to the flange face
4. Remove any excess Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)
5. Once the product is cured, remove the former.
