Problem: Rubber had been damaged due to long years in service and was badly deteoriated. Sealing  of the flange lost. Rubber in seal area had lost adhesion to the substrate.

Rubber covered flange in the filter.
Anwendungsverfahren
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-13. A plastic former was manufactured and coated with Belzona® 9411 (Release Agent) before being used to form the Belzona® 2111 to precise contours.
