Belzona® 3111 (Flexible Membrane)
| | | Substrate:Rubber membrane | | | Application Method:Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet RPA-6 & -8. The ballast was removed and the rubber membrane pressure washed. The rubber membrane was then mechanically fastened and rubber "peel-and-stick" pads were placed over each mechanical fastener washer. Fully reinforced Belzona Flexible Membrane System then applied using Belzona® 3921 as Conditioner.
| | | Belzona Facts:Customer was very satisfied with the project and said that we "...had no idea how much money we saved the company". This project was done in 4 days with 4 people. If the roof had been "Torn-Off" and a new roof installed it would have taken about twice as long and about twice as much labor.
