A 40 ft screw conveyor handling bark and ash.

Problem:

A new screw comveyor was fabrictaed and the client required lining to give greater abrasion resistance.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System leaflet SHM-14

Belzona Facts:

Belzona lasted for over 5 years where the hard facing lasted about the same but was twice the price. Belzona® 1812 can be repaired in place but not hard face welding.
