Application Situation
Wear rings of a Worthington pump needed repairs on site.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-2. The wear rings were located on the rotating element and used as former for the seats.

Belzona® 1121 allowed rebuilding of the wear ring seats to the original profile without machining. Belzona® 1121 is solvent free and does not shrink during cure allowing exact forming of the seat. Also being an insulator Belzona® 1121 eliminates any future galvanic corrosion.
