Problem: The tyre on the loader was damaged by sharp edged rock. Air was leaking when the crack was in bottom position under full load. Customer needed emergency repair so the loader could continue to operate until new tyres could be purchased and installed.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-9.

Belzona Facts

The alternative was to hire a subcontractor whilst the loader waited for new tyre to be obtained and fitted. Belzona repair stopped the air leakage and made possible for the loader to operate until new tyre arrived, for the total cost of only two hours of a hired loader!
