Problem: Minor leaks were causing unsanitary conditions in the kitchen and the HVAC system could not keep up with the major temperature and humidity fluctuations causing discoloration in the highly decorative chocolates.

Application Situation
Poorly insulated roof  
Application Method
The roof was pressure washed and the parapets were re-pointed with Belzona 4111. The roof was then completely sealed and protected with the Belzona 3111 system. The appliction was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet RPA-10.

The owner remarked about the noticeable difference in temperature and humidity control after just the first coat of Belzona 3111 was applied.
