Application Situation
The roller in a vertical mill at a large cement factory.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-13.
Belzona Facts
Belzona was used to perfectly repair the roller in place, returning the worn out surface to its original dimensions with minimum down time and cost. Alternatives would be hard to apply due to the huge size of the roller and would have required significantly more money and time. This application is still in service and has become a standard repair procedure on similar equipment.
